Hey Everybody! What a way to close out the year! Kanye’s new album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” has been on constant repeat in my headphones for the last 3 weeks so I built this mixtape around him. I threw in some new joints, had to look out for Harlem and the Dipset Reunion! That new song by Brandy sounds like a Ne-Yo song and speaking of Ne-Yo, I threw in a couple by him too! Considering that it was Pink Friday last week, I included some Nikki Minaj. Personally I think Lil Kim roasted her in Black Friday so that’s in the mix too!

I love love love hip hop with an alternative sound so there’s sone Lupe Fiasco, Bruno Mars and some Eminem with Rhianna (I LOVE THAT SONG)

Hey Everybody! It’s time for a new music mixtape again. I’m still playing the one I did in December (I said that last year too lol). March Madness Part 2. It should be called “Radio Friendly” because a lot of these songs are being played on the radio right now. There is a new track by Mary J. Blige and Swizz Beatz called “Fancy” that I am just in love with. I was unable to get a clean copy but I didn’t care! Thanks Tapemasters Inc anyway!

My favorite mix moment was between #8. I Come First – Ne-Yo and #9. Freak – Estelle Ft. Kardinal Offishall. I just grin every time I hear that part of the mix. I’m also diggin that song “Miss Chocolate” by Lil Jon, R. Kelly and Mario and the new J. Holiday song “Pretty Body”. I’m still loving the Untitled Album by R. Relly and it’s always nice to hear a new tune by John Legend (Thanks EbTheCeleb!) A few minor glitches but I love the mix and I hope you will too!

I’m back from vacation…

Every few months I step away from old school and jump into some new music. You remember June Jackin? April Rain? Well this is “Back To School”

I walk my kids 3 blocks to school every morning. Being in Harlem, a car will inevitably come past blasting a popular song. 2. Take You Down – Chris Brown - It’s no secret that I stan for Chris Brown hard! (at least it shouldn’t be lol) This song is so hot. The beat is like a cross between Prince and Ready For The World (to me) and the lyrics and tonality are classic Chris Brown. Sigh…This is my song!

3. Damaged/2 of You – Danity Kane-I watched Making the band 3 and just ate up every episode. I was one of those people that watched it on the regular night and re-runs during the week. Puff did not disappoint. But what else did you expect?

4. I Luv Your Girl – The Dream ft Young Jeezy- Just because it drives my husband nuts cause he thinks everybody loves his girl LMAO…Nah…cause it’s banging and I like to shake my caboose.

5. Lollipop – Lil Wayne (and all them other negros that jumped on the track)-When I said that I liked this song…One of the brothers from Hybridnation jumped on me LOL…But what can I say?
