Monday Mixtape: The Get Over It Mix
With some of my favorite female rockers, I made this mixtape to give you something to cry about and get mad at the person at the same time. Time heals all wounds, so if it seems like tonight is particularly bad, cry it out and resolve to get over it tomorrow. That’s how I deal with heartbreak and this mix helped me alot.

Everyone knows I like to do “themes” with my mixtapes. I like to tell stories through music. When I first started to assemble this playlist I thought “this is going to be the Bipolar Janet Mix”. It didn’t seem like the songs would fit together. Slowly an idea began growing in my head about how to make the songs more cohesive for your listening experience. I’ve decided to go with my version of how love affairs start, progress and eventually fade or burn out. Being single for a year now, this mixtape gave me a chance to illustrate how my love stories usually go..
